Support local artists & small businesses in the District.
Here are a few online directories & websites that can help you find the products and services you’re looking for.

Districtly Local
Two longtime friends from the District wanted to do their part to help local businesses survive the pandemic. They built DistrictlyLocal.com focused strictly on local goods.
The directory allows you to:
- Search by keyword (“bacon”, “candle”, “beer”)
- Filter by category (e.g., clothing, food+drink, home goods, etc.)
- Filter by ownership (woman-owned, Black-owned, POC-owned, and LGBTQ-owned).

Shop in the District
Shop in the District is a new website that makes it easy to shop local in one place. In addition to a full store directory you can filter by item and neighborhoods, or peruse one of their curated gift guides!
Remember: many DC shops are still open, and delivery is available through @near.delivery!

Shop Made in DC
Shop Made in DC is the first store dedicated to only MADE IN DC products – home to over 200 local makers and nearly 5,000 products including apothecary, apparel, art, furniture, jewelry, home decor, and stationery.
You can shop online, or visit four locations in Dupont Circle, Georgetown, the Wharf and Canopy Embassy Row.

DC Shop Small
DC Shop Small is an initiative that started as a way to garner online sales for local businesses shuttered because of COVID-19.
A virtual Small Business Saturday was launched on April 25, 2020 generating nearly $200,000 in sales in one day across 100 local businesses.
This website now serves as a resource for shoppers looking to support local businesses.
